Help Us Help Others
We are focusing on a property that has a recreation component to it because studies have shown that outdoor recreation reduces stress levels. 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise has also been proven to reduces stress levels, so we are combining the two. Everyone in our organization including the board, peer support specialist, the counselor, and the psychologist are volunteers. All donations will go towards the purchase of the property.
